1. What Are Cookies?

2.1 Essential / Functional Storage

2.2 Analytics Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our website when analytics is enabled. We use Google Consent Mode: until you click Accept on our cookie banner, analytics storage remains denied and GA4 is not allowed to use cookies for measurement in the usual way. After you accept, GA4 may set first-party cookies (such as those listed below) to distinguish sessions and approximate usage. IP addresses are configured to be anonymised in GA4.

If you click Decline, we do not send page-view measurement events to GA4 from our site for your session, and your choice is stored locally so the banner does not reappear.

Technical note: the Google tag script may still be requested when pages load so Consent Mode can be applied; with Decline, analytics storage remains denied and we do not enable our SPA route measurement events described above.

Google Analytics data may be processed outside South Africa by Google LLC. Cross-border transfers are handled under POPIA Section 72 with appropriate contractual safeguards. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

3. No Marketing or Social Cookies

We do not currently use advertising, retargeting, or social media tracking cookies on this website. Social media links (LinkedIn, Facebook) open external platforms — those platforms may set their own cookies governed by their respective privacy policies.

4. Managing & Disabling Cookies

You can control cookies in several ways:

• Cookie banner: Use the Accept or Decline buttons when you first visit this site. Your preference is saved and the banner will not reappear.
